Latonda armchair produced by Alias design Mario Botta year 1987. Structure and back in black lacquered iron rod, seat in black leather.

This chair is the synthesis of those previously designed. The bent steel tube traces a curve through the space. The two inclined circles have a break in the center for the leather seat. It is balanced on the two tubular elements that form the final sections of the continuous tube. The scarcity of this chair / armchair derives entirely from a reduction of various elements. All that remains is a single geometric pattern that moves through the space.
