Babettis SD71 model armchair, produced by Carlo Poggi Pavia, designed by Vico Magistretti in 1980. Structure in solid ash wood with a high backrest with three leaf springs, padded seat covered in dark grey velvet.
Armchair in excellent vintage condition.

Like the previous Golem chair, the SD 71, or Babettis, pays homage to Mackintosh’s design (a further homage will be evident in the SD 75 chair). This is particularly evident in the design of the backrest, characterized by triple linear repetition, and the “fan-shaped” seat.
