Patented armchair produced by Rima, designed by Giorgio Rinaldi, brother of Gastone Rinaldi, in 1971. Chromed metal frame consisting of two connected sections of profiled and shaped tubing. White leather cushion with two metal rivets.

Giorgio Rinaldi’s armchair for Rima is informally known as the “Pan Am” because the oval shape of the seat and backrest recalls the famous Pan American World Airways logo, designed in 1970 by Chermayeff & Geismar Associates.
