Stackable chair Tulu produced by Simon Gavina design Kazuhide Takahama year 1968. Structure in bent metal rod, electro-welded by induction and chromed, covering in sand-colored chenille.
Set of eight chairs in good vintage condition, the laces under the seat are not original.

Tulu, one of the very first models that paved the way for the use of the rod. An evolution with respect to tube bending. The rod allows a very tight bend and the use of multiple automatic welding machines, which can make the structures in one shot.
